Questions
Who counts as a student?
Anyone who signs in during the month you are billed for. Accounts nobody opens do not count.
What happens if we go over the limit?
We write to you and you move up a plan. Nothing is switched off in the middle of a lesson.
Can we change plan later?
Yes, up or down, whenever you want.
Do you take a share of what our school charges its own students?
No. Your school's money does not pass through us.
Can we take our data out?
Yes. Courses export as JSON or PDF, grades and analytics as CSV.
